Slobodan Marković works as Advisor for ICT Policy and Internet Community Relations at the Serbian National Internet Domain Registry (RNIDS). For the past 15 years he has been actively involved in advocacy and formulation of ICT policies in Serbia. He worked at the Serbian Ministry for Telecommunications and Information Society (2008-2012), where he advised the Minister on telecommunications liberalization, e-government and e-business policies.
In 2014 he was appointed as member of the Multistakeholder Advisory Group (MAG), which advises the Secretary-General of the United Nations on the programme and schedule of the Internet Governance Forum (IGF). In 2010 Mr. Marković was awarded "e-Commerce AWARD" for a decade long contribution to the development of e-business in Serbia.
